Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

• Company (referred to as either "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to DocXPDF.

• Website refers to our website DocXPDF, accessible at https://docxpdf.com .

• Service refers to the Website.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

• Agreement refers to this End User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Website.

This Agreement sets out the basis on which DocXPDF makes the Website available to you. By using the Website, you agree to accept and to be bound by this Agreement at all time. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not install or use the Website.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete articles in this Agreement at any time.

Grant and scope of license

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensed, non-commercial and personal license to install and/or use the Website, for such time until either You or Licensor terminates this Agreement. You must in no event use, nor allow others to use,the Product or this License for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from Licensor. Updates, upgrades, patches and modifications may be necessary in order to be able to continue to use the Website.

This Service is licensed to you, not sold. This License confers no title or ownership in the Website and should not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Website.

Term and termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Company. The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from the Company, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the .

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of the Company's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by You (during the term of this Agreement) of your obligations under the present Agreement.

No warranties

The Website is provided to You "as is" and "as available" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non- infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Website will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the Application, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon:

• That the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• As to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Website.
• The Website, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time-bombs or other harmful components.

Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Delhi, India. We and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with this Agreement.
